Haryana Board has allowed all the applicants to make changes or correction in their details in their applications till 2nd Jan 2014. All the applicants are advised to check their details again to avoid any future inconvenience.

HTET 2014 Online Applications

Board of School Education, Haryana is going to conduct next Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2013-14 on 1^st & 2^nd February 2014 for Level-1 Teacher for Classes I to V (Primary Teacher), Level-2- Teacher for Classes VI to VIII (TGT) and Level 3- Lecturer (PGT). The education board has issued an official notification in this regard.

The admit cards for Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test shall not be sent through post. The candidate can download the admit card from website www.bseh.org.in www.hbse.ac.in or www.htet.nic.in. from 20.01.2014.

Art & Music Subject for Level-2 and Fine Arts, Music & Computer Science subjects are also included.

Every eligible candidate may download his/her admit card from the website (www.hbse.ac.in or www.htet.nic.in) with effect from14.06.2013 onwards and appear in the examination at the allotted examination centre. After taking print out of “Roll No./Admit Card”, go through the particulars etc. and if any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures is noticed, the candidate should immediately contact the Special Examination Branch of the Board and get the same corrected.

1. The exact place and name of the centre for the test shall be mentioned on the admit card. 
2. No candidate will be permitted to appear from the centre other than the one allotted to him/her. No request for change of centre will be entertained under any circumstances. If any candidate unlawfully appears from a centre other than the one allotted, his/her candidature will be rejected out rightly and result will be quashed without entering into any correspondence with him/her in this regard whatsoever. 
3. Such eligible candidate who does not find his/her admit card on the Board’s website (www.hbse.ac.in OR www.htet.nic.in) may contact personally the “Special Examination Branch” of the Board’s office at Bhiwani for this purpose at least two day prior to the date of examination during usual office hours i.e. 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. He/She would be required to bring with him/her adequate proofs i.e. Photostat copy of Computer Generated Application form (“Confirmation Page”), a copy of payment challan in support of having deposited examination fee and an attested copy of certificate of having qualified Secondary(Xth Class) examination, two copies of photograph as uploaded on the Application Form and also adequate proof of having deposited/sent the “Confirmation Page”.
4. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination centre unless he/she produces valid Admit Card having his/her photograph printed on it. In case a candidate does not download his/her Roll No. and does not appear in person at the Board’s Headquarters (Bhiwani) up to one day before the date of examination, his/her request for issue of Roll No. will not be considered and he/she will not be permitted to appear in the examination without valid admit card.

Haryana School Education Board has postponed the HTET 2013 to 25 and 26 June due to the upcoming Municipal Corporation election in various cities. Earlier this exam was scheduled on 1 and 2 June and and new dates released as voting to take place in many cities on 1st June.

Also, time for HTET 2013 has been increased to 2 hours and 30 mins. Earlier the time for the exam was 1 hour and 30 mins.

Haryana Board of School Education has established District Coordination Centers in each district of the state to dispatching/depositing HTET 2013 conformation page. To do so please follow following instructions.

Download Confirmation Page; complete in all respects and deposit/send to Board of School Education Haryana for futher processing.

Please ensure before dispatching/depositing the Confirmation Page that:-

1. The candidate has signed and put his/her Thumb Impression in the Confirmation Page at the specified place.
2. The candidate has pasted the recent passport size photograph on the space earmarked for it.
3. The candidate has attached an attested copy of his/her 10th class certificate and Board's copy of Challan of the prescribed fee.
4. The candidate has kept a photocopy of the Confirmation Page for use as reference for future correspondence.The Confirmation Page should be deposited/dispatched in an envelope of size 12”x9” only with superscribing “APPLICATION FOR HTET (2012-2013)”.

The Confirmation Page, complete in all respects, along with Board's copy of e-Challan and attested copy of his/her 10th class certificate should be deposited at District Co-ordination Centre of respective district(Annexure-II). Candidate may also send the same through Registered/Speed Post only so as to reach Board's office addressed to;

HTET 2013 Examination Time Duration Increased from 1.30 hours to 2.30 hours

It is good news for those applying for HTET examination that the duration of HTET 2013 examination has been increased from 90 min ( One and half hour) to 150 min (two and half hour). Govt of Haryana approved the proposal of the Board of School Education, Haryana. It is the first time in HTET history that the time duration of the examination will be two and half hour. The examination board will issue the notification in this regards shortly.

In accordance with NCTE Circular No.76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad dated 11.02.2011 regarding Guidelines for conduct of Teacher Eligibility Test, the time duration for PRT (Level-I), TGT (Level-II) and PGT (Level-III) has been mentioned as 1.30 hours in HTET 2013 Information Bulletin and Press Notice available on HTET website.

The NCTE vide letter No.F.76-1/2011/NCTE/Acad, dated 9th April, 2013, has increased

the time duration for TET Examination from 1.30 hours to 2.30 hours for a period of six months or till the report of the committee for this purpose, is submitted and a decision is taken thereon, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, as per the aforesaid NCTE Notification regarding extension of time duration to complete TET, the schedule for HTET 2013 Examination stands revised as follows

This is to inform to all HTET 2013 aspirants that the HTET 2013 Level 1- [Teachers for Class 1-5], Level 2- [Teachers for Class 6-8] and Level 3- [Teachers for Class 9-12] is scheduled on 1^st and 2^nd June, 2013.

HTET 2013: Attention, you will be under video surveillance

Education Board decided to take all examination centres of HTET 2013 under surveillance through digital videography to avoid all type of internal and external disturbance during examination. In 2011, the board also   took the help of such type of videography.

The Examination board has invited a tender in this regards from reputed videograhers with proven track record, Professional competence and capacity to provide at least 56-60 equipments with trined operators for digital videogrphy.

Coverage of activities at the entry point of examinations centres and also of the examination hall/rooms to be used for seating of about 300 candidates in an examination centre including covered area and view of the entire campus of the building of examination centres.

HTET Exam Fee Details

HTET 2013 is scheduled on 1st and 2nd June, 2013 and forms will be filled online from 30th April. Free details for exam will be Rs 600 for general category and BC A and BC B category and Rs 300 for the SC category. Fees chalans will be deposited in three banks.
